RoohAura ships its products to all parts of India. We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most of your orders would be processed within 6-7 days and shipping will be done through a reputed courier company. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery, since there are some factors that will affect delivery time such as traffic, the distance between delivery locations, etc. If we ever find ourselves unable to deliver in the time estimated, you’ll be the first to know either by phone or email. Acknowledge the proof of delivery, which will be provided on delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 48 hours days in advance.

However, if there is any delay in shipping due to natural calamities or out of stock, we will give prior information to the customer to the registered email address or mobile number.

Products will be delivered as per the postal address mentioned at the time of registration and providing mobile number helps in fast delivery. However, we are not liable for any wrong address mentioned at the time of registration.

We offer free shipping for order amount more than Rs 999/.

For Order Amount less than Rs 999/- we have flat shipping rate of Rs50/- for prepaid and Rs 100/- for COD

Tracking: You will receive an email with the courier name and the tracking number to the registered mail address once the product got shipped.
